I have used these affirmations for years in my recovery from mental health and addiction challenges. No matter how often I feel down, I kept these affirmations close to me to continue reminding me of the person I want to be.


As a chemical dependency counselor, I have used these with my clients and as a parent, I have used these on my children. Both have brought wonderful results of learning to speak through the heart and building trust.
