In my workbook, Building Blocks of Recovery, I offer many ideas of how to build your life to support your recovery. Whether it is food, essential oils or movement with journaling, you will find a way of building the authentic life that you always wanted, with a system that you can return to as many times as you need.

Building Blocks of Recovery is available on Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble.com and Indi Bound book sellers.
I know, it's snowing.  A lot ( at least here in the Pacific Northwest!)

Yet, yoga is still an amazing way to beat the cold...or join it!

Whether we have class this week or not, we are still working on  building our strength.  This week's series is still all about legs and building that core/hip strength.

Here's a challenge for you. You can do the sequence as it is written OR you can pick one pose and hold it for 3 minutes.   Either way, you are building your stamina and strength.  Spring and gardening season is close!

Sometimes in the winter, we will sit at home and if you are in the PNW, you know that seasonal affective disorder is rampant due to the lack of sun.  I totally promise you that if you move your body in a meaningful manner on a daily basis, in breath, that your experience with winter will change.  I am not offering a miracle, just a new experience.   Are you ready for a new experience?  Are you satisfied with the way your body feels in the winter?

I know me too, So roll out your yoga mat and hopefully we will share the mat together this week. If we can't , know you are in my heart and I will be posting a video to try and help!

Much , much love.
