I have been finding these wonderful alignment reminders on Pintrest and thought you might just love them too.
Since Down dog is in our flow this week ( download the class card) this is a perfect reminder.
Remember, that you don't have to perfect every part of the pose to be in down dog. Take one part, each time you approach the mat, add in the breath and that is wonderful for building your practice. Remember, we are building, not achieving. Be gentle as your body, mind and spirit learn to work together. Spend some time looking at the alignment instructions and see which part you can incorporate today!
